Are items returnable or exchangeable?
At Americana XD Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy
Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in it’s original packaging..
Packaging: Please include the original packaging to ensure easy processing.
Exceptions to the Policy
Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our XD Creations division, all customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at xdcreationser@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the steps to ensure a hassle-free experience.
How is money returned?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within (5) business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a refund, exchange, or replacement.
